At Voyabarefoot, we want you to feel the ground beneath your feet with total confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. If your natural movement experience isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right fit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Voyabarefoot box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing them in a shipping mailer.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
